Welcome to
The Aimless Wandering blog. I chose this title because in a few short years the Mrs. and I will be enjoying life as full-time RVers. We currently camp in a Coleman Niagara pop-up. The plan is to upgrade to our permanent residence about a year before we start to full-time. This will give us time to work out the bugs with the new rig. As we start the process of choosing the rig that is right for us we will share that adventure with you. Once we start our retirement we will blog nearly daily. Until then this blog will be sporadic and discuss our camping experiences.
Our current plan for first retirement trip is to go from Ma. to Ca via Route 6. We will than somehow work our way back east to take Route 1 from Key West to Maine. Any suggestions on the route for the trip east?
From there we are undecided but would like to theme the trips. National Parks? The 'biggest' in each state going one way and the 'smallest' going the other?
